Fab location. Staff so very helpful and friendly. Good choice breakfast. Beds comfy. Had Executive Sea View. Room spacious with amazing view of river. Good wardrobe space. Nice that you could open windows. We had to young children in our party and everyone was very helpful in our Carr ifvthem. Trampolines just outside which they lived

The Strand is a great location just a very short walk to the charming Nyhavn canal and an easy walk to the main parts of Copenhagen. Our room was quiet, immaculate, and very comfortable. The staff is delightful and so helpful for any tourist type questions or great restaurant recommendations. We especially appreciated the help booking a canal tour with a smaller company and updated weather outlooks from the desk expert! An A+ breakfast room and staff with an abundance of buffet choices, great coffee/latte machine, and even lactose free milk which my husband appreciated.

The location is very good, at city centre, close to major attractions and many restaurant. The building is not new but equipped. My room and the bathroom were clean. The room was small but had two windows with lots of natural light. No air conditioning but opening window was more than enough. Bed was comfy and mini bar, iron and kettle were available. Internet in my room was good but had some disconnections. Breakfast was excellent and had wide variety of selections, very tasty. Staff were very professional, friendly and welcoming, always available. I had a comfortable stay and recommend the hotel.

The location is great, walk-distance to all the interesting places, near to bus/metro stops. The hotel is really pretty inside, amazing breakfast! Staff very friendly, in the reception and in the breakfast service as well.

The hotel’s location is convenient, being close to the metro station. In our case, the proximity to the opera house and several museums, all within walking distance, was a significant advantage. The area is very quiet, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and professional.

The location was excellent, close to everything and on the harbor. It was clean, efficient and well run. The staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was great with lots of options.

This hotel is located in the center of the city, ideal to explore the city either walking, or with a rental bike (We used the bikes in front of the hotel, but they have rental bikes at the hotel too if you want to rent one for a whole day). The staff was very polite and welcoming, both at the reception as in the breakfast area. The breakfast was top quality with a lot of home made specialities.

Firstly Wi-Fi is free. Staff customer service is excellent. In our holiday at various hotels in Switzerland, Germany and Denmark, The Strand gave the best customer service to tired tourists who had travelled a long way, ie from Australia to Denmark. Breakfast price may appear high, but we tested it against local tourist breakfast eating places, and value for money, range of buffet food available, multiple cups of tea etc. The Strand was the best. Most important, has a secure room safe, kettle, tea bags, coffee, milk etc available. Just ask for more or take a couple to your room at breakfast . I drink a lot of tea. Location is the best, near the water, close to Canal, boat cruises, Thai massage, hop on-Hop off bus station, close to train stn Kongens-Nytorv so train direct from airport on M2. Next time to Denmark we will stay here again.

The location was perfect. Close walk to everything. It was calm and quiet. The breakfast was awesome and the staff were very kind and helpful. We loved the whole ambiance.
